Description
It’s like having your own private luxury resort. This 1,700 square foot house sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.
The spacious lanai overlooks a palm tree-framed backdrop of converging waterways. Savor the view of clouds reflecting off the still blue water while you float in the refreshing waters of the heated pool. Or for a different vantage point, move into the hot tub, where the only thing between you and the water below is a bed of lush tropical plants.
In keeping with the resort-like feel, the lanai features an aqua colored circular sofa, recliners and a table and chairs beneath the shade of a vaulted ceiling. The only sound that breaks the silence is the sizzling of burgers on the gas grill. After a poolside barbeque, go down to your own private dock to watch the seabirds dive for fish.
The exquisitely decorated interior was furnished under the theory that there’s no such thing as too much comfort. The living room is tastefully filled with modern sofas and tables and cooled by ceiling fans and air conditioning. Arched transom windows fill the space with natural light.
The kitchen, with bar stools along the spacious granite counter, gives you all the appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner on a table beneath framed coral and an ornate glass chandelier.
One of those modern kitchen appliances is a blender, and Marco Island blenders specialize in creating tropical drinks for reclining in hot tubs after dinner as you savor the view of the turquoise water spreading out in front of you.
The bedrooms offer plenty of closet space and televisions. The master suite comes with sliding door access to the lanai and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a bathtub that overlooks the lush garden.
The comfort-enhancing amenities include free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. The house also comes with bicycles and everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
