Description

Tara Vacation Rentals is taking extra care between guest stays to disinfect the home, following CDC guidelines, due to COVID-19. If you would like a hold day prior to your check in, please contact us to check availability and pricing.

Medium bank waterfront, Two bedroom, one bath (there is also an extra 1/2 bath in a detached building right next to the cabin for guest's private use). West side Mutiny Bay home. There is a path to access the sandy beach below where one can walk for miles North or South on Mutiny Bay. Spectacular views of the snow capped Olympic Mountains, gorgeous sunsets and the close by ships as they round the point buoy at Double Bluff. This cabin has a West side deck for barbecuing, there is a free standing fireplace,** full kitchen with microwave (no dishwasher), Wi Fi, cable tv, DVD player, washer and dryer on site(in detached building).

Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Freeland where you will find grocery, restaurants, parks, boat launch and more. The waterfront towns of Langley and Coupeville are "must visit" places nearby as well with shopping, lots of dining options, historical sites, galleries, wineries, and even the cutest movie theater(The Clyde) with decades old pricing.

There are so many options to explore on Whidbey, whether you enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, bird watching, wine tasting, crabbing, beach combing, sight seeing, there is something for everyone within easy driving distance.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS ETC:

5 minute drive to Freeland's large grocery store, restaurants, antique stores, pharmacy, library, post office, and other shops/stores.

10-15 minute drive to South Whidbey State Park & Greenbank Farms or the Seaside Langley

25-30 minute drive to: Ebey's Landing National Historic Preserve,

Lovely historic waterfront towns of Coupeville

Keystone/PortTownsend ferry

Clinton/Edmonds ferries.

“Great cabin, great view”

We have stayed many times in this cabin over the years and we simply never get tired of it. It has a beautiful view and has access to a great beach. The place is simple yet comfortable.

The house was not large, but it was very well maintained and had a large wrap around deck where we spent most of our time (if we weren't at the nearby beach). Definitely a good deal!
