This luxurious home boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 ½ baths, private, indoor small lap pool and Jacuzzi for 8.
As you enter into the house on the top, 4th floor, there is the kitchen, dining area, living room, access to garage, deck overlooking the lake view, a 1/2 bathroom, pantry and access to the elevator. Down from the top 4th floor is the rest of the house/bedrooms. Every bedroom has a TV. On the 3rd floor is Jr Master br1 with a king, full bathroom, TV, small sitting deck and fireplace -access to the elevator on this floor is in this bedroom; br2 with a queen & TV; br3 with a full size bed & TV; br4 with queen & full bathroom; br5 with a bunk-full on bottom-twin on top, a full size futon, TV & full bathroom.
There is a full shared bathroom on the 3rd floor in the hallway. On the 2nd floor is the master br6 with a king, sofa sleeper, TV, fireplace, full bathroom- access to the elevator on this floor is in this bedroom. On the 1st floor is the small lap pool, hot tub, full bathroom & TV.

*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Response from the manager I do not like to charge anyone for damage, but I do go through the house before and after each rental and the damage that they are talking about was not like that before the stay. This does not happen very much but I have to do my job also.
