1 Full bath
Located on the first floor of a historic home, Hall & Oaks has been redesigned and lovingly renovated by a local Savannah architect. A ton of style has been packed into this one-bedroom, one-bath garden apartment on East Hall Street, which can sleep up to four Lucky guests.
The spacious kitchen space is a chef’s dream, complete with stainless steel appliances and exposed brick and reclaimed wood walls. Enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar or a glass of wine while cooking dinner. You’ll have everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The reclaimed wood wall continues into the living room, which has an inlaid beam ceiling, and sleek, mid-century furnishings. Relax on the large sectional sofa in front of the wall-mounted flat screen TV. The living area also features a writing desk, upright piano, and queen-size Murphy bed. The bright and cozy queen-size bedroom is anchored by a rich wood sleigh bed and dresser, and the adjacent bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower with rain showerhead
You’ll be just two blocks from 700 Drayton, where you’ll find the best shrimp and grits in town, so be sure to stop in for brunch. Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but you’ll be close enough to all of Savannah’s dining options to never need to cook!

“Quiet and Comfortable”
Convenient to downtown. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great apartment for couple. Grocery store right across the street. Lovely neighborhood.
“Modern but comfortable space in Historic District”
This place was perfect for our 4 day spring break stay with our 5 and 9 year old boys. The basement apartment was TOTALLY renovated, comfortable couches and full kitchen made it easy to chill between outings. The park with giant playground and open fields for soccer was only 2 blocks away. Parking was available in front of the unit everyday, coffee shop and Harris Teeter on same block. Didn't hear a peep of noise after dark. The unit has access right to the super cute backyard. River Street not walking distance but only 3 minute drive, probably would have done a pedi taxi if didn't have the kids. Randomly found the Savannah Wildlife Refuge which has a 3 mile drive where you can see gators from safely of your car which was a great outing the day it rained. Tybee Island was great for renting bikes and the funky but yummy Crab Shack is a must see. After much research this unit with space, renovations and location was well priced in comparison with a hotel room for same amount of money.
“Perfect home base when visiting Savannah.”
This is a darling little apartment located right near Forsyth Park. We were within walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Kroger is located across the street which makes it very convenient to stock the refrigerator for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. After a day of exploring, it was nice to come back here because it felt like home. The owners are super nice people and even left us a bottle of wine on our doorstep for our 10th anniversary. We fell in love with Savannah and with this place. Will definitely come back.
