“Just a few glitches”
Hi - lovely flat; well located, beautiful common areas, easy parking and for at least our flat, a wrap-around terrace which was fabulous. But there were a few irritating glitches. We didn't realize that there is no housekeeping at all so would make that clearer. The DVD player didn't work and as we'd rented a couple of movies,was quite annoying. We also had issues with the WiFi connection and as we were doing business online,that was a hair-pulling issue. We also miss having a king size bed but we managed with the queen. But bottom line: it's a great flat. Not our first Espresso apartments rental in australia. We'd recommend their properties highly.

“Oasis in Melbourne”
We enjoyed four nights in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Brighton. Situated 5 mins walk from the train station, travelling to the city was easy. The secure parking kept the car protected, and made accessing the complex simple. The location made the Mornington Peninsular easy to explore. The extra touches of the Nespresso coffee machine, Twinings Tea, and big screen TV made it a nice place to relax in after a day's sightseeing. The only down side was that the mattress in the main bedroom was a little rubbery. We will be back.
The easiest check in/out ever. Friendly staff and very nice and clean apartment. After few days we asked for an internet connection... the next morning it was there, free of charge. Also I have to mention great Nespresso coffee machine. 5 Stars from our family :-)))
The place was really good, clean and practical, location excellent and the key/padlock logistics worked well, with two sets of keys very thoughtful. The one thing we didn't like was the fact that with the heat wave we had, the cooling was only in the loungeroom and the bedrooms we really hot, having awnings or shades outside the windows on the balcony and/or some pedestal fans to move the air around (left in the wardrobes) would have been perfect. “excellent location, clean, a bit noisy”
The apartment was very well located to both Church Street and Bay Street and North Brighton station. It was well-appointed and clean. There were a few problems but they were attended to as soon as we reported them. The main issue is the train noise - the train line is very close by.
This unit was a delight to stay in. We visited Brighton to be near relatives - they were just around the corner. The comfort and space accommodated all guests with ease. We will definitely book numerous times throughout 2012.
This is the sort of place you would happily move in to. Big airy louge-dining area leading onto a wrap around balcony. 2 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses and lots of wardrobe space. 1 main bathroom with big walk-in shower. Other small bathroom has a washbasin and toilet. All immaculately clean. Kitchen has lots of pots and pans if you want to eat in. It's a 3 minute walk to the station and main shopping area. The only minor downside is the noise of the train that passes every 20 minutes till about midnight and starts again early morning. I hate noise and have to say that although I could hear the noise of the train, I quickly got used to it and so loved the place I didn't mind it. Lots of different teas provided free and of course the Nespresso machine for good coffee. Secure parking under the apartment block. A real find. A place to feel pampered.
“It was all there!”
The property was in a great location for where we neded to be. The accomodation was top class we really didn't want for anything. We really felt at home. We really wished that we could have had a late check out, as we needed to wander round Melbourne till our flight was due. Would have much prefered to stay a little longer in this lovely accomodation.
“Very nice, spacious apartment in a great location”
The unit was very clean and spacious, with a big balcony. The location was fantastic - 3-4 minutes to a railway station and main street. Very nice accommodation. We will definitely look at this option next time, depending on the location of our activities in Melbourne.
“The Wedding Trip”
The location suited our needs as we have family living in the same street. The unit was extremely well appointed and very clean. We all enjoyed the stay and dealing with the Espresso group was easy and hassle free. Well done all round.
