Description

Great location in downtown...walk to everything...shops, restaurants, Schlitterbahn, river outfitters and the farmers market on Saturday morning. Enjoy your own private 1 acre property three blocks from "the circle". This house is immaculate and made to keep travelers comfortable and entertained. A Large pool with spa, huge shaded lawn and basketball goal will keep everyone entertained. There's a BBQ grill in the backyard, a chef's kitchen and a grocery store just down the block. There are two other rentals on site and a large covered pavilion that is perfect for reunions , weddings or other large events. Email for rates on renting entire property, partial rental of the main house, room by room rental or for rates on the other rental offerings on property.

“Amazing!!”

This house is so beautiful!! It has a big front porch that wraps around one side of the house. The inside of the house is truly amazing. It has beautiful furniture with an enormous kitchen to cook anything you want. The house is a historical landmark of New Braunfels and you will see why once you step foot inside. We spent most of our time at night in the large screened in porch shooting pool on the nice pool table, or by the pool area. The pool and yard behind the house is unbelievable. The yard is landscaped so pretty and sits on one acre with lots of room to do whatever it is you please. There is a hammock by the pool area along with a table and chairs to sit. The only thing that did not work was the hot tub. You could stay at this house and never leave the property and have the best time. We had a large group of 14 people stay in the main house. This property is perfect for large groups and will entertain and age group. It is priced high, but it is totally worth the cost. It is walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the circle...only 2 blocks. We walked from the house to the comal and floated the river. The walk was only about 5 blocks and was very easy. There is also a grocery store next door to the property you can walk to to buy anything that you need. I highly recommend staying here...you will not regret it.

How do damage deposits work?
