This apartment has just been through a 3 month full renovation and is now one of the most luxurious, modern apartments in all of Dubai. Located on the 25th and 26th floor of this popular Dubai Marina tower, this 2 bedroom duplex apartment provides ample space, breathtaking views of the full Marina and out to the ocean and is fitted with designer quality furnishings. Located in a prime position on the Marina Walk with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and boat cruises right at your front door, it's the perfect holiday condo for a fabulous stay in Dubai. House rules

Strictly no smoking inside the apartment at any time. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only but please dispose any cigarette butts immediately, in the outside garbage room. Strictly no parties allowed. Additional guests may visit in small numbers if you have friends in Dubai but not to stay overnight. We do have 24 hour security who require guests to sign in and they are aware that parties are not allowed in the apartment.

Why can't I call Kathryn (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kathryn (the owner) a message.

If Kathryn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
