Apartment 2 bedroom, fully furnished 100 m2, located on the Golf Course (closed temporarily) in

White Sands, in the newly built residential "Laguna Golf". As an alternative to Golf, nearby is the

new golf course “Iberostar”. With views overlooking the pool and garden area and partial view of

the golf course. Equipped with fridge-freezer, washer dryer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher,

extractor, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, TV and

Cable TV. The electricity runs on 120V. at 60Hz. Marble floors, doors and oak closets, kitchen

ceramic coated, Italian Cabinetry, natural granite countertops, kitchen stainless steel. Air

Conditioning available in all areas except the bathrooms, ceiling fans, electric water heater,

shared bathroom with shower, master bathroom. 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin size

beds, cot upon request, 1 sofa bed. Black-out in the bedrooms, linen included. 24h security. in

the complex. Among the amenities of residential, is the swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue,

gazzebo and gym exclusively for residents of the project. Right to a parking space.

NOTE: DO NOT allow any pets other than small animals. Tap water is not drinkable. It includes

cleaning during the stay. This service should take or hire a tenant on your own. 10% discount for future bookings.

How do damage deposits work?
