A beautifully restored House situated in an XVIII century listed building, located in the centre of vibrant Palafrugell (Girona). The complete house has been divided in 3 nice apartments named “Can Felip”:

-Apartment 1: with 156 square meters of living space + 33 square meters of sunny terrace.

-Apartment 2: with 114 square meters of living space + 70 square meters of a large sunny terrace.

-Penthouse Apartment: with 76 square meters + 47 square meters of a very sunny private terrace.

The place is decorated with a mixture of Antique and contemporary furnishings to offer all the commodities. The house is equipped with a WIFI connection.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gemric (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
