Welcome to the Casa Del Sol!

In a privileged site, away from the stress and noise of the city, you wake up with the singing of the birds from the nearby forest to marvel at your breakfast on the terrace facing South... Breathe, the Casa Del Sol welcomes you on a complete floor of 80 m², with two rooms (each equipped with a double bed), his large living room including a living area (you will find the comfort of a sofa and two leather armchairs, flat screen TV, WiFi access, green plants), and a dining room, lounge area (with its large table white marble)its very well equipped Provencal kitchen (large stove with large oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Toaster, complete Cookware), his WC (separated) and his bathroom (2 sinks with large mirror) and bath with shower. Add a large terrace full South, garden furniture, service, store, barbecue, transat, overlooking the pool, the garden (1200 m2) and the forest. The pool, full South, covered if the air is fresh, welcomes you at any time to refresh or for a moment of relaxation on its deck-chairs at the edge of the water and the singing of cicadas, on a large beach equipped with a shower and toilet. Next to the bowling alley opens arms to a game of petanque...You won't want to get out of your cocoon, and yet, many activities await you!

Your car will be parked inside the subdivision, in front of the villa, on a parking space. The subdivision homes are all a 1000 m² garden, which gives an impression of space, accentuated by the forest bordering them. You can stroll there, start to walk from the villa: some trails lead on the cliff of the Cape Sicié, overlooking the Sea (impressive views and magical on the roadstead of Toulon, the Mediterranean Sea, Hyères and its islands, the coast), others lead to Fabregas Beach (25 minutes walk). It is a family beach (snacks, restaurants, rides diving) where you can also go by car in 5 minutes.

If you prefer the large tourist beach of les Sablettes, you will take 12 minutes by car: shops, restaurants, casino, games and rides, Park, various events, tourist office, Mercado Artesanal evening, sailing school, shipping line of Toulon (20 mn by crossing over the Harbour). As the port of La Seyne, it is about 10 minutes by car, with its provencal market every day, its extensive Park and its animations, as well as a maritime line for Toulon 15 minutes (you can get there by bus, the stop is at the entrance of the subdivision).

Many activities open arms here, under the Sun: swimming, diving and all sports, riding, cycling, karting, tree climbing, parks, museums and visits various (Toulon, Sanary, Bandol, the road of wines, Hyères, St Tropez, Marseilles, perched villages, the Lake and the gorges of the Verdon...)
