“Wonderful apartment in a great location!”
Having never been to Rome, I wasn't sure what to expect from the area or where to stay. Eugenio 32 did not disappoint! The ease of getting to the apartment from Roma Termini was incredible, one metro stop! And then only a very short walk to the front door! The rooms are very large and the living room is cozy to just relax! The kitchen has everything you need. The location is ideal for the metro or a short walk to the Coloseum! There is even a great market one block away with anything you could need for your stay! We had 4 adults and 4 children ages 3-7 and everyone enjoyed the stay! Thank you Francesca! We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Rome!
“Summer in Rome”
We had a great time in this spacious apartment and particularly enjoyed having air conditioning in the bedrooms since the outside weather was so hot! We appreciated the cleanliness and appointments in the apartment as it had everything we needed for a group of six. The apartment is well located to all the major sites and Metro so travel around the city was very easy. Thanks Francesca for helping to make our vacation in Rome a great success.
“Nice and roomy apartment in central location”
We (2 adults, 4 kids, 2 babies) really loved this roomy apartment. Due to the central location most sights are in walking distance, a metro station is only half a block away at the little park "piazza vittorio" (even with a small playground), in case you don't like walking. The very clean apartment itself is well equipped with really everything you might need, the three bedrooms are large, it's great to have two bathrooms. The flat is located on the fifth floor of an old, but well kept house with a small elevator, the neighbours are very quiet. Half a block down the street you can find one of Rome's best icecream parlours and around the corner one block away there's a great market place for buying meat, fish, fruit and vegetable. And last but not least the owner is really nice and helpful. If we come back to Rome we'll surely hope to stay there again.
“Spacious apartment, great value near the Termini”
Great stay at this apartment. Our group of 8 adults feared it might be cramped in 3 rooms, but the rooms are all spacious and apartment was well stocked. Booking was easy and owner is lovely to work with. Washing machine was a plus. Good location near metro line. Easy access to Rome sights and grocery store.
“A good stay for visit Rome”
We are there with 7 Persons and it was very good to stay in the apartment for 5 days. Supermarket, many good restaurants and underground nearby. Vip-shuttle from and to airport managed by Francesca was ok. The driver was punctual with the minibus. Francesca is a very friendly person. The communication with Francesca via e-mail was very good. The apartment is clean and comfortable. If we go to Rome too, we want to stay in Francescas apartement. Thank you, Francesca! In the end: Don't forget to go to Fassi: The ice-cream is great!
“Rome Summer Experience”
It's a very spacious apartment in a great location. The owners are friendly. It's a wonderful place from which to discover Rome if you're in town for a few days: We walked to all the main attractions. Ask where supermarkets are located nearby, if you're cooking at home. (They're hard to find in the old city). Make sure to go to the gelateria across the street! Note: There are some incental fees in the small print: wifi, tourist tax, etc., not included in the main price (but probably should be).
We stayed in this apartment for 1 week. Francesca was very helpful and attentive. Apartment was very roomy. The two bathrooms made it very convenietnt. Near Termini station and bus station made travel very convenient.
“Vacation in Rome”
