POWDER MONKEY #4 - 2 BEDROOM PLUS, 2 BATH TOWNHOUSE - BEDDING: MASTER BR: Pillowtop King Bed, TV/DVD, private full bath; BR # 2: Pillowtop Queen Bed, TV/DVD, and Bonus Sleeping Loft: Pyramid Bed - Double Down, Twin Up. Two Story Townhouse. Park at your door. Located close to the Village, and Ski School. Close to novice trails at Powder Monkey make ski access easy for the kids. Across the street from Western Territory. Privacy in the trees, end unit, yet close to everything.

SLOPE SIDE

AMENITIES: Gas Fireplace, Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community. Storage Entry, and free Resort Shuttle Service to take you to the Village or Silver Creek (night skiing/tubing).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.

~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking

~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file

~ No Smoking

~ No large gatherings

~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM

How do damage deposits work?
