Description
Enjoy your stay at Regency Towers with this ground floor unit. Sugar-white beaches, crystal clear Gulf waters, activities for vacationers of all ages, at family prices. Save money by renting directly from the owner. The unit is located in the West Wing and is the closest unit to the pools/beach with the exception of the ground floor units located in the South wing (facing the Gulf.) There are limited views of the water from the patio and living room; however the unit is just around the corner from the pools and beach and the patio is within feet of a barbecue area. There is no waiting for an elevator or having to climb stairs to get to your unit. Mirrored living room, approximately 1250 square feet, with king size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom, double bed in third bedroom and double size sleeper sofa in living room. Cable TV in master and living room areas.
Complex has 540' of beach, 2 Full-Size Swimming Pools one is heated in cooler months, Children's Pool, Game Room, Saunas & Exercise Facilities, Small Washer and Dryer in the unit, RV & Boat Parking across the street, 24-Hour Security. Great family oriented complex. Complex requires at least one renter to be 21 years old (responsible adult for entire party.) All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided. Maid service is not provided on a daily basis. The association charges $25 during check-in for a parking pass and wristbands.

“Panama beach”
Everything about our stay was perfect. Great location and the weather was perfect. Took the boat to shell island had a wonderful time there. Can't wait to go back.

Response from the owner Thank you for the nice review. I do enjoy having repeat guests who take good care of the place, thank you. Even I wish the unit had a front beach view, but I do enjoy the convenience of a ground floor unit without the long waits for an elevator.
