Description

Aquatic Visions are new luxury studio spa apartments located in Prevelly Park, 200 metres from the beach in the Margaret River wine region in Western Australia. Apartment 1 has fantastic views of the Indian Ocean and Apartment 2 ocean glimpse's, with both in a native garden setting providing privacy and seclusion. Contemporary and modern in design, with soft furnishings, quality fixtures and fittings, provides a feeling of warmth and comfort. We are only minutes walk to Surfers Point, Margaret River, cafe's and a convenience/ liquor store. Prevelly is a perfect base to wine, dine, relax and explore this world class region. The beach is out the front door with no roads to cross and has many walk trials along the coast. Our local golf course in 2016 was voted the "Best Regional Course in Western Australia" and is just around the corner and home to many kangaroo's that lie around the fairways. The main townsite of Margaret River is a quick 8 minute drive away, and has large food shops , cafe's, hotels and everything you need.

Response from the owner These simple requests in our check-in details are not "rules and regulations", they are asked for so as owner and manager of my home and rental property i have knowledge that my guests have arrived and alls well. On departure i think a courteous message to say you have left and hopefully enjoyed your stay, is not a big ask. This also assists in the servicing of the apartment so my next guests can check-in early if they wish. I am now considering tinting this window, but for readers its actually a high window, obscured by large bushes outside and is on flat ground in a private area to the side of our driveway. No-one is looking in, and no-one has ever made comment. Yes the cupboard Carona blockout was a quick instant fix to your request. I chose the colourful side rather than the plain side of the box !!!! The WIFI is working fine, its not high speed but is used daily by other guests, myself and family with no problems. Its far from abysmal, maybe its your devices? We have also this week connected to the NBN so hopefully this increases the speed. A large wall mounted smart TV complete with Free Netflix, Stan, ABC Iview, SBS on demand, Youtube and Apps has now been added this week. Its a shame you have not enjoyed and embraced beautiful Margaret River and its world class attractions in this truly unique part of the world.

It also has a separate Kitchenette, huge ensuite with spa bath and adjoining the bedroom is an outdoor alfresco area with table, sun lounges and sofa lounge. I'm very disappointed with your review and the way you left the apartment in a mess including dirty mugs and glasses in the sink. Opening a locked cupboard and helping yourselves to additional towels that were obviously stacked in sets for my next guests, was wrong. 5 towels used for 2 people for a 2 night stay ??? There was no thank you on departure or communication from you during your stay. I did text you the evening of your departure to see if you had a good stay and the reply was YES.?

How do damage deposits work?

If Matthew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
