Casa Helena is located on Monte Pego, a development for luxurious living in the scenic beauty spot near Denia on the Costa Blanca . The Villa overlooks the very Pretty and Historic Town of Pego and is within easy access of Denia with its Fabulous Marina and many Gourmet Restaurants .95 km from both Valencia and Alicante Airport and can be easily reached by the Auto via AP7. Journey time 1 hour approx. Casa Helena has a stunning ,relaxing and unobstructed view over a valley of Orange and Lemon Groves and nearby hills /mountains are Spectacular. Casa Helena is the perfect villa for a Family Holiday. Clean , Well Furnished with a Private Pool with Outside Shower and Barbecue area. Beautiful gardens and Three Terraces , you can avail of the sunshine or shade whatever you desire. The Pool Terrace faces West and is ideal for All Day Sunshine and later in the evening you can sit and enjoy the Sunset as you Barbecue on the Warm Spanish Evenings and maybe sip a Gin and Tonic , don't forget we have our own Lemon Tree always handy ! If you tire of the Pool and just lounging around, the Beach is 10 minutes drive away. Here you will find miles and miles of Unspoiled Sandy Beaches and no matter what time of the year you visit it never gets crowded. The beach is very safe for children and they can spent hours playing in the warm pools and shallow water.If its water activities you are after , here you will find Para gliding Board Sailing and of course not to mention Fishing.
Please be advised Air Conditioning is on a timer , it will operate from 12.00 midnight to 06.00am.

“Fabulous views!”
Fabulous view from the terrace and a wonderful pool. Villa situated high up on the hillside in the Monte Pego urbanisation. Very quiet and relaxing. A large outside dining table and chairs. Sun loungers provided for 4 people. The Villa is rather basic - there is no microwave or dishwasher which I would have expected and the kitchen is quite small. There is no storage space provided in either of the bathrooms for toiletries etc. One of the twin bedrooms was without a wardrobe. The big issue for us was the lack of air conditioning units or mosquito screens on the windows or doors - this made it unbearable with the heat and very difficult to sleep at night as the villa has to be closed. Fans are not enough on their own. There is one Swiss restaurant within walking distance of the villa which is very nice. You have to drive to get all provisions etc as nothing is available on the urbanisation. This is a 10 minute drive away. The shops and second restaurant on the Monte Pego urbanisation have shut down. There is no wifi which we did find was a problem. Being remote you do need this to source places to visit - we had to rely on the wifi at cafes or restaurants when we went out. To be fair wifi, microwave and dishwasher were not advertised as being included so down to us for not checking.
