This is my weekend and holiday apartment where I love to stay after lots of work, roundtrips and people around me. This is so close to many of the most popular surfspots like Boilers and Tamri and situated 34 kilometers north of Agadir and 12 kilometers north of Taghazout.

It is so peaceful, calm and I greatly enjoy the fresh air, the great sea view and the pool area.

Since I use it mosly myself,I have furnished it the way I like and not only to rent it out. The items are all carfully selected on my trips around Morocco and the rest off the world.

Let me explain you a little bit more;

You have the choice to park the car in the underground parking and get into the apartment from there or from the entrance on the second floor leading to the livingroom and kitchen.

Ground floor:

Car park with direct entrance to groundfloor. Glassdoor leading to small garden and lemontree outside.

Living room with a safari inspired sitting group the a pale blue bedroom with doublebed, WC and shower.

Small room for washingmachine and storage.

1 Floor :

Here you will find the master bedroom with a big canopy (baldakin) double bed in green and yellow colours and then another bedroom with two separate beds.

Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC.

2 Floor :

My american kitchen has all kinds of facilities, micro oven, big fridge, modern equippment etc...

Dining table, moroccan style with barchairs, here you will find place for 10 people, The sitting group in the corner for relaxing or looking at television, is typical low moroccan seating in shades of grey, beige with nice kelim pillows.

The tables are the old style moroccan teatables.

The television has Spanish, French, Italian, Russian and English channels.

This sitting room leads to a big terasse 30 sq.m

This terasse is furnished with sunbeds and a table.

Seaview 180 degrees.

The appartment is situated in a modern tourist complex with 61 units.

There are a shared swimmingpool, sunterasse and showers.

The complex is situated directly on the beach with a small fishing village close by.

Small grocery store in the complex .

4 km to neareast village, restaurants, Aquapart, shops etc.

Public busses stops just outside. It will take 35 minutes from the apartment to Agadir by buss or car.

Enjoy a peacefull, quiet surroundings close to the beach.

Ideal for surfers, some of the best surfspots the area are situated along this coast. The complex is guarded day & night.
