Book this entire apartment, with private access and parking space.
This property is beautifully traditional. The front entrance is on lower ground floor, while rear access to the house is at garden level in the leafy West End of Edinburgh. This apartment is in a quiet street only five minutes walk from Princes Street and the centre of Edinburgh.
- Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee. This superhog verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.

The large Kitchen gives plenty of space for home cooked meals after a day in the city. Traditional, spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms with access to a Sun-Room through one of the bedrooms in which to enjoy morning coffee regardless of the weather.

“Drumsheugh apartment”
Fabulously located a couple of minutes walk from Princes Street and therefore basically handy for walking everywhere. Had a great stay, small issue with getting heating on, but quickly sorted for us. Attentive concierge replied quickly to messages. Couple of small things in the apartment we noted, were broken toilet seat and door lock in en-suite and confusion over what to do with our rubbish and recycling… none of it ruinous, just leaving the feedback asked for . All in all we thought it good value, I will say the twin bed pushed together was not the best, perhaps a thick mattress topper over the lot would make it better.
