Description

Get ready to fall in love with Cozy Cottage. It sleeps six comfortably, but best suited for 4 adults & two children. It is nestled in the forest of Lake Arrowhead Woods. It's the perfect destination at any season. The winter brings enough snowfall that you can participate in various snow activities, or just sit inside the cottage and watch it fall while you cozy up in the warmth of a fire. Spring brings out the lovely daffodils and dogwood tree flowers scattered throughout the woods. Fall is crisp weather for hiking and walks with breathtaking view of tree foliage.

Sky Park/Santa's Village is 2.8 mi away and a 7 min drive.

Enjoy the cottage for either a romantic weekend getaway or bring the kids for an extended family vacation. Whatever time of year you choose to visit, you will surely enjoy the many variations of things to do/or not do all year long at the Cozy Cottage. Cottage is tri-level with a loft that has 2 twin beds and 1/2 bath. Master bedroom suite is on lower level with full bath and door that opens up to lower deck with a hot tub and lattice wall privacy. Entry floor opens up to a large wrap around deck with sunbrella patio table and chairs and a brand new propane BBQ for your use. There is a mini stackable washer/dryer at lower level with laundry detergent.

We have just installed a new 2019 hot tub to replace the older one we had. It's fabulous. It has 40 jets, twice as many as before, waterfall, interchanging led lighting inside, lounge seat, and cup placement holder. We're so excited to share this with our guests. Please adult operation use only & never leave children unsupervised. Share your experience w/me.

The cottage is a short walk distance (1/4 - 1/2 mi) from the Arrowhead Village shops, restaurants, and the Arrowhead Resort and Spa. Cottage has a sneak peak view of the lake Great walking trail along the waters edge.

There are no rental facilities in Lake Arrowhead for boats/kayaks. The Cozy Lodge is located very near Burnt Mill Beach. Beginning this month, May 2020, all vacation rental owners are no longer permitted to loan the Beach Club Card to our rental guests. The Arrowhead Lake Association is now scanning the Card to our rental guests. Please go to Lake Arrowhead website for up to date information as things change from day to day and is very frustrating in trying to give info.

At the Cozy Cottage you will receive many amenities such as fresh linens, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen of cookware, dinnerware and utensils. It is a home away from home except you're on vacation here! Once you stay here, you will surely spread the good word. Pictures displayed hardly do it justice. You will have to see it to believe it! One private parking space provided and one street parking is available right in front of cottage.

Living Room: Ceiling fan, thermostat wall heater, wood burning stove with firewood included, 32" flatscreen TV Netflix , DVD player, assorted DVDs, dining table for 6, and NEW Queen Sofa Sleeper. A bluetooth speaker on the book shelf.

Master Bdrm Suite: WE HAVE JUST INSTALLED A NEW Stearns & Foster Port Au Prince Luxury Cushion Firm Eurotop mattress to the Cal King bed w/individual reading lights. Alarm clock on night stand, thermostat controlled wall heater, reading lounge chair w/reading lamp & few books, 24" flat screen TV with DVD player and Netflix, panoramic window view of outdoor forest from bed, carpet throughout bedroom, hot tub just outside bedroom exit door. Brand newly installed dual pane windows throughout the entire house for you comfort. Keeps you warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summer. They're clean and beautiful to clearly see outside to the forest.

Activities and attractions in Lake Arrowhead San Bernardino Area:

Spa treatments at Lake Arrowhead Resort, free summer concerts at Arrowhead Village concert stage, Lake Arrowhead Village restaurants, outlet stores and many shops, ride the Lake Arrowhead Ferry, feed the ducks in the Village, movie cinema theatre in nearby town of Blue Jay, historical museum, spectacular 4th of July Fireworks to view at the lake sitting right on the Cozy Cottage deck, Lake Gregory a few driving minutes away. Pets are accepted at the discretion of owner.

Cottage is approx 1,000 sf of living space.

There are no rental facilities in Lake Arrowhead for boats or kayaks. The Cozy Lodge is located very near Burnt Mill Beach. . I was told this rule is because of Covid, and will likely last through the summer of 2020.
