Description

This vacation rental property is nestled on the quiet Richmond Estate , located on Jamaica's scenic north coast and 15 minutes’ drive from the famous Ocho Rios resort area. Situated in a beautiful gated community, the villa has fully functioning kitchen, three bedrooms one of which is en suite. Dining area and sitting room are open plan. The 3bed/2bath home is exquisitely furnished to satisfy your discerning taste. Complete with air conditioned bedrooms, there is no detail overlooked here; just pack your clothes and move in! The Palms of Richmond provides 24hr manned security; a luxurious infinity pool and pool house; a well equipped gym; kiddies play area and putting green.

Your hostess will ensure that you are well taken care of, and available to prepare great local dishes on request.

All common areas have ceiling fans, all bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans. There are TV's in one of the bedrooms, the living room also has a TV and DVD players. There is a small drive way at the side of the villa for free parking. The villa has a porch area with seating at the front and there is an outdoor ceiling fan. Right next to a wonderful pool, there are sun beds with umbrellas or a shaded area to sit where there is a small bar, bathroom and shower facilities, no life guard so children will need to be watched. The is a small but well equipped gym on site also, three sides are open so you can train with the Caribbean breeze blowing on you. We have a private beach for the use of Richmond Estate residents five minutes drive down the road. Loads of tourist attractions within easy reach, swim with the dolphins, go to the famous Dunns river falls, the notorious Rose Hall, horse riding, Chukka Caves but to name a few.
