“Great place to stay”

“An excellent location from which to enjoy Rome”
My wife and I have stayed in an apartment in the Vatican area twice before and were very happy there but Kokorama Elegant apartment exceeded our expectations. Its location in an apartment block with its extensive central courtyard area is a real haven to retreat to after a busy day sightseeing around Rome. As we self-cater, it is in a great location with supermarkets, a huge undercover market selling all the fresh foods you could ever want, several fantastic delicatessens, as well as great bars to have a coffee, or a spritz at the end of a busy day. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk away are plenty of opportunities to shop for clothes and the like. We will have no hesitation in staying at Kokorama Elegant apartment again.
“Comfortable apartment, Great Location”
We truly enjoyed our stay at Kokoroma apartment. Gianluca was very accessible via email leading up to our stay and he met us at the apartment upon our arrival and at check-out. The apartment met all of our needs and expectations for our short stay in Rome (2 days). The location was perfect, being a short walk to the Vatican and the Metro and a quick cab ride into the city center. Highly recommended for any visit to Rome.
Gianluca truly made our Family European Vacation a wonderful experience, He was very helpful and kind. was waiting upon our arrival to Rome at apartment. made us feel welcomed unlike some hotels make you feel. gave us some very helpful tips and advised, us of some nice restaurants to try. He made arrangements for our departure with a vehicle to take us to the airport. We will definitely stay here again.
“Spacious and comfortable with a lovely host”
Gianluca was charming when met us and showed us the apartment. The grounds were well kept and lovely. He was on hand if needed which was great as I'm easily lost. The apartment was just as it said it would be. I highly recommend. We only had one night but would have loved to have stayed longer.
“Very good location for a city trip to Rome”
Excellent sercvice, Location and Check in. Only the comfort ist average. But that was no Problem, because we slept, had breakfast and went to town.
“Lots of space in great location”
Great location. Clean. Not extravagant, but a nice place to hang your hat. Service by renter was outstanding. Would stay again.
“Great Value stay on Rome”
We stayed for 5 nights- 5 people- my parents, my boyfriend and I and my sister. As a matter of fact I was under the impression that there were 3 bedrooms, how ever it did not matter much - the living room was perfect for 1 person. The stay was great. There were a few little things that may bother some people, However we overcame them since the price of this apartment is very good comparing to other prices in Rome. The location is perfect- its close the Vatican and near a Metro station, Also there are a few places to eat and drink near the apartment in very reasonable prices. The few things that were not perfect are: First, there is no electric Kettle, meaning you have to boil your water on the gas. second- There's an electric water heater, but is holds enough water for 3 at a time... so 2 people have to wait. There's only one bathroom so you should take into consideration the sharing. The good things- Air conditioning is fierce! the rooms are big and beds were comfy! The living room had a huge dining table perfect for eating together. The owner of the apartment was very nice and welcoming!! Overall is was a very good staying experience in a very very good location. We also used the pick up service which they offered- Its was much cheaper and a lot more comfortable than taking the Leonardo express train and then metro. Also On our way back were picked up right at the apartment. Great Stay- I recommend!
My friend and I rented this apt for 3 nights at the beginning of July and it was wonderful. I called Gianluca from the train station and he was waiting for us in front of the building on arrival. He led us through two gorgeous heavy wooden doors (the main entrance), through a courtyard with beautiful tall trees, and finally up a teeny tiny but functioning elevator to the fourth floor (he walked up so that both my friend and I would fit in the elevator - yes, it's small). The apartment itself is very spacious. It was so nice for my friend and I to have separate bedrooms! The kitchen is cute and even has a laundry washing mashine (no dryer). I was in the smaller bedroom facing the courtyard and it was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and ready on arrival (beds made, new towels provided, etc.) The apartment is located about a 5 minute walk from Ottaviano metro station, so it was convenient getting around (in fact we arrived in Rome at the Termini train station and then just took the metro to Ottaviano - no need for a taxi. I had printed out a Google map with walking directions from Ottaviano to the apartment and we were fine finding it). We had a very early check out (5 am) so Gianluca arranged to meet us the night before our departure so we could get our safety deposit back. That was very convenient, as all we had to do when we left was leave the key in the apt. I contacted Gianluca once during our stay regarding a minor issue - I just sent him a text message and he responded within minutes - great communication! Would love to stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.
“At home in Rome”
The apartment is located very close to Vatican and is due to it's excellencent Connection to the public transportation system worth a recommendation for Rome travellers who would like to experience a daily life in Rome. The apartment is quiet and very clean.
