Description

Our 3 bedroom home is hidden away in the tree tops. If peace tranquility and privacy is what you are looking for,look no further. Located minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts. Less than a 2 min walk to the power boat lake. Split Rock resort is right up the road less than a 2 min drive. Wood floors, natural pine railings and eclectic furnishings make this place stand out. The floor to cieling windows brings nature indoors. Feed the deer from the huge wrap around deck. Sit by the wood burning stove after a day on the slopes.Although our home is an older home if charm, rustic decor and relaxation is what you need then give us a call. The house sleeps 7 people and PETS ARE WELCOME! The third bedroom is downstairs and is a full sized bed with faux fireplace and there is a washer and dryer in the room Great dining and bars on the lake with live music. Boat rentals in season. Indoor waterpark bowling basketball mini golf all on premises I always try to accomidate my guests with early check in and late check out!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
