Location exclusivement du samedi au samedi.
Bel appartement tout confort pour 2 à 4 personnes. Il s'agit d'un meublé type 2 (avec une chambre séparée), de 36 m2, agréable et confortable, très clair, idéalement situé car à proximité immédiate à la fois de la plage, des commerces, du port et du centre bourg de Saint Martin. Le logement se compose de deux pièces : une chambre fermée (avec un lit double) et un grand séjour avec un coin cuisine US équipée, un coin salon (avec un canapé convertible) et une mezzanine (avec 2 lits simples). Salle d'eau et WC sont indépendants. Important! La chambre ne se trouve pas sur la mezzanine, mais au même niveau que la pièce à vivre.
L'appartement convient particulièrement bien à une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants, car les enfants occupant la mezzanine (ce qu'ils apprécient particulièrement), les parents n'ont pas à ouvrir le canapé convertible chaque soir.
Connexion WIFI illimitée. TV TNT. Rack à vélos dans courette fermée. Parking gratuit sur place.
Location toute l'année à la semaine. En outre, de mi-octobre à mi-mars (mais hors vacances scolaires), il est également possible de louer en formule court séjour ou en formule chambre d'hôte (draps, linge de toilette et linge de cuisine fournis). La location ne s'effectue que du samedi au samedi. Le transport de la gare (ou de l'aéroport) jusqu'à l'appartement peur être assuré (30 € aller-retour).
Important ! La location est hebdomadaire, du samedi au samedi. Il est bien sûr possible de rester dans le logement moins de 7 jours mais, dans ce cas, la totalité de la semaine devra être payée.
Le linge de lit et de toilette n'est pas compris dans le prix de la location. Il est toutefois possible de louer le linge de lit (12 €/par lit) et le linge de toilette (8 €/par personne).
