PLEASE NOTE: Our villa is privately owned and NOT part of the Embassy Suites Hotel. We are able to offer SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER rates than the Embassy Suites. We have our own private pool in the rear of our condo and the beach is a short 5-7 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.

Come relax in our newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo. There are many conveniences to make your vacation a breeze - a full kitchen, laundry in unit, an elevator for easy access and its own pool area. This 2nd floor unit provides a beautiful view of Kingston’s largest freshwater lake and is surrounded by manicured grounds. Located on the 145 acre Kingston Plantation oceanfront resort, you are sure to find everything you need, including a newly renovated health club, small playground, and beach volleyball courts. The unit (216 Laurel Court) is only a short five minute walk to our half mile secluded beach along with an outdoor swimming pool. Once at the beach, take advantage of the two oceanfront restaurants and Tiki bar. Looking to golf? Located adjacent to the Arcadian Shores golf club and in the vicinity of many others, this is a one stop vacation.

“Great location”

Out family vacation this year was to myrtle beach for baseball. We were a little nervous because we had not heard good things about any of the hotels in myrtle beach, but We couldn't have been happier with the location & dealing with the owner of the condo. He was more than helpful with giving us details about where we were staying & where everything was located. The condo was clean & updated & perfect for a week long family vacation close to the beach,stores, golf courses, and on beautiful property. We will definitely be coming back & staying in the same unit again.

Danny, Everything turned out great!!! Not that we were in the condo long due to a tradeshow that we were working, but no problems at all. I would definitely recommend to someone and would stay there many times more. Wish we could do June 9th but too much other stuff going on here at home... maybe later in the summer. I Have been here for three winters and can say that this unit has all you are lookng for. Centrally located toal ammenities, restaurants,outlets and entertainment. Located in one of North Myrtle beach prime residencial area. Directly across from arcadian Shores Golf club. This gated comunnity has lakes, trees wild bird life and amzing scenery to ease any traveler. We look forward to our winter stay.

“Great Place to Vacation”

We have stayed in this Condo several times. It is a great place to stay. Our recent stay was in December but we also enjoyed staying here this past summer. There is lots to do year round and it is a great get-away. We usually fly Spirit air lines which has great fares depending on when you book. The place itself is well kept, clean and roomy. We especially enjoy sitting on the screened deck over looking the lake. It is a 5 minute walk to the ocean and the the pool is right behind the building. I would certainly recommend it for anytime during the year. Vin
