“Awesome cabin in the woods!!!”
We loved our stay in Guilford. It was plenty of space for our family of 4. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we could have ever needed. We even got to enjoy the potbelly stove on one of the chillier nights. Perfect escape from the city for us!!!
“The ideal weekend retreat”
I needed a place to put up close relatives for a family party--not all of them lovers of nature or the deep woods. The cabin was reassuringly spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. My niece and nephew loved being there so much they decided to stay an extra day! And we all loved swimming in the nearby pond and walking up Belden Hill for the spectacular views.
My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin a couple of weeks ago and honestly, I can't say enough good things about it! For starters, it is gorgeous both inside and out and much bigger than we had anticipated. The cabin itself is immaculate, comfy and cozy...and has all the amenities you need! I must say I felt very relaxed during our stay and if I'm being honest did not want to leave! On our last night, we walked up to the field and saw the most beautiful sunset in the world. And in that moment we decided we must make another trip up in the fall. We booked a long weekend at the end of September...can't wait! Thanks Dave and John
“Great cabin for all seasons”
We booked this cabin for a weekend getaway to Vermont, and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin is well-heated, well-lit, and that rare combination of cosy and spacious. I could see a small family staying there comfortably - as long as everyone can make it through the night without wifi or cell phone reception. The general store down the hill has free wifi, as well as nice sandwiches and decent coffee, so getting our internet fix wasn't a problem.
