If you recall in our conversation a week before your arrival, Daniel was supposed to call the day before his arrival, we do this as a way to mitigate “no shows renters’ as well as for security reasons. We never got his call hence the situation as explained in your review. Never the less, we strive to keep our customers happy, on your next visit to Uganda we will provide you with two free nights at the home, we hope this will suffice.
