This is a private apartment. private entrance etc. you will have the entire apartment to yourself and your (guest(s)

Quiet neighbourhood.

1 bedroom vacation rental. livingroom has 42 inch flat screen TV, Telus Optik TV, wi-fi, double sofabed, loveseat.The suite is located in the lower level of our house.

Bedroom: queen memory foam bed.

Fully equipped kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, stove, fridge, blender, pots & pans, skillet, rice cooker, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, right down to the salt and pepper shakers.

Bathroom: The bathtub is fitted with a shower handset. blow dryer, towels.

10 minutes walk to the bus stop that takes you to downtown victoria, close to shopping, coffee shops, banks, restuarants, thrift stores, grocery stores, gym, rec centre, museum, kayaking, parks, and . . we are home to the famous "Sooke Harbour House." 10 minute drive to the sooke potholes.

Heat and Airconditioner. Snowbirds are welcome, no stairs. Unfortunately we do not accomodate pets.

Sorry we do not serve breakfast.

“Perfect accommodation”

The was the perfect hideaway. Quiet, out of the way, no traffic noise, all amenities provided for home like living, very spacious and very comfortable. It felt just like home. This was perfect accommodation for me while spending a month receiving daily radiation treatment at the BC Cancer Agency. Well worth the daily trip in to the Agency just to be able to return to the suite and relax following the radiation treatment. The very nice owners, Sharon and Marnis were extremely accommodating, always available and immediately responsive to any request. My wife and I enjoyed these owners and this perfect accommodation in pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended. BrianP

Very nice, spacious, and well-equipped suite in Sooke. Welcoming hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed the back yard. Nice neighborhood. No view if that's important to you.

How do damage deposits work?

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
