Description

The Banyan Estate is one of Bali's most luxurious private villas. It is has 6 bedrooms and is fully staffed with chefs, maids and driver. The villa is 5-10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. It is nestled in beautiful tropical surroundings in the neighboring suburb of Umalas. A beautiful home away from home awaits you with some of Bali's friendliest staff to cater to your needs. A perfect home for the family holiday or a gathering of friends!

It has a 20 meter pool and a children's pool, bales for lazing or to have your massage, and a big natural garden and yard for general activities. The garage fits two cars and the entrance will fit 4 more cars. Use of the villa for private functions are allowed but mplease notify the manager beforehand so that arrangements can be made in regards to local and neighbourhood regulations.

Services included:

- Housekeeping service (till 5pm)

- In-house cook (food by order and paid separately)

- On-call services for children's needs (babysitting, pool fencing, cots and high chairs, paid separately)

- On-call services for transportation needs (scooter rentals, car rentals, paid separately)

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service can be requested to the cooks. Food cost will be as shown on the menu.

“Friendly, informative and helpful staff. Stunning.”

A group of 9 of us stayed at Banyan Estate for the week including Nyepi day. it is a beautiful setting with ample room, gorgeous bedrooms and pool. The villa is located about a ten minute drive from the main Seminyak area which is no issue with the provided driver. The staff were lovely and breakfast was yummy and huge! :) the driver Charlie is a lovely, informative local who is willing to help with bookings for activities, taking you to different temples etc and is also willing to drive you after hours to dinner, etc for a reasonable fee. We stayed during Nyepi day and Charlie was more than willing to explain the concept of Nyepi and the Ooh Ogohs as well as taking us down to see the parade, which was a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you Charlie and all the other staff at Banyan Estate for an amazing holiday we will never forget!!

We have stayed at Banyan Estate on many occasions for birthday celebrations to group friends and family holidays. Banyan is in a fantastic location that makes you feel like you in are rural Bali however the amazing restaurants bars and shops are a 5 minute drive away. The house is so comfortable and there is plenty of room for privacy as well as areas for everyone to be together. The staff are amazing and cook up a storm for every meal. They cater to every whim you have and its hard to go back to stay in Hotels after the experience you have here..

What a fabulous place! Banyan estate ticked all the boxes from the private driver service, to the amazing on site staff, to the beautiful gardens & pool... We couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable destination for our trip. I will definately be returning to Banyan estate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
