Friday to Friday. Check out time 10:00 and check in time 1:00 Cottage is fully furnished, full kitchen, linens provided for beds and bath. Cottage has cable TV, wireless internet, gas grill, fire pit, private dock for the own boating needs, 4 person paddle boat, private deck with furniture. Canadarago Lake offers great fishing and swimming for the whole family to enjoy. We are located 15 to 20 minutes away from Cooperstown where the famous Baseball Hall of Fame is located or 40 minutes away from All-Star Village in Oneonta. Grocery store only 5 minutes away. No Pets allowed. Out of respect for full time neighbors, we do not allow baseball team parties.

Response from the owner Sorry this family did not find my cottage suitable for their stay. I can not control their time not spent or spent at my cottage. The "Bicycle " boat which is mentioned is called a "Paddle" boat which I provide free of charge to all my quests. Due to liability insurance that is the only thing I can provide and keep my weekly rate as such. As far as being "outdated" My pictures I disclose do not hide anything. This is a cottage...rustic, quaint, cozy and VERY CLEAN. I take a lot of pride in keeping it as such. I have never had anyone complain about Not being clean, or mattresses being uncomfortable or thin or squeaky. I have 2 futons, and yes they need to be pulled away from wall to be used as beds. "Curtains not in front room"...yes no curtains in that room...it would block your view of lake. "Jimmy rigged"...because I am a honest person, Yes 1 bifold door needs repair, but nothing else if touched will fall apart. "House needs a good upgrade"...as stated my pictures disclose everything about cottage. "Owner left window open"...NO I did not. " Fly problem"...timing of year...cold nights, heat was turned on which bought out the flies which I quickly controlled and took care of. I feel this review was totally out of hand and feel that maybe they were upset with me from the 2nd day there due to not being able to provide a $150 paper view fight for them to watch on TV.
