You don't have to choose between privacy and civilization. This NEW property has it all! Why not be one of the first guests to experience this great location. This newly constructed cottage offers modern convenience in a pastoral setting, The unit has two separate sides joined by mutual laundry which can accommodate up to twelve people for large groups. Only one side can be reserved for groups up to six.

We now have free high speed WiFi, flat screen TVs and ROKU boxes.

Forget the alarm clock! Let yourself be gently awakened by natures birds in this cottage nestled in a wooded area within walking distance of the trophy fishing waters of Watauga River. In the evening watch fireflies on your private deck, sit around the fire pit, grill out, or wander the wooded paths among acres of wild raspberries. Even though in a natural setting, it is only two miles to Walmart, other shopping and restaurants. Centrally located to all tri-cities attractions. Also close to Watauga, Boone, and Holston Lakes, North Carolina ski resorts, white water rafting, hiking, caverns, waterfalls, and all the other things like Bristol Raceway that make east Tennessee such a great vacation destination.
