Description

This apartment is perfect for 6, but it can host up to 8 people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the living.

CASAMATI is composed by: living, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom, a third bathroom with bath tub and separate well equipped kitchen. It also includes a small balcony with outdoor dining table.

It is located on the 1st floor with elevator.

Parking: a parking place is available at 500 mt. from the property

Main appliances are: TV, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine and washing machine. Unfortunately we do not have a dryer.

At your arrival, a member of our team will welcome you home in person, show the property and supply indication on the surroundings. It will be easy to reach us on the phone during your stay.

You have included: final cleaning, bed linens and towels, unlimited internet connection, all the expenses such as power, gas, water etc. and baby bed if you need.

Cot is available at a cost of 20€ and baby sitting with a little extra. Please, book them in advance.

Car is not necessary since you can reach every interesting spot in Rapallo and surrounding by foot or train, bus or ferry which is definitely the best solution in high season.

Well trained pets are welcome.

Location and surrounding:

A car is not necessary since this apartment is right in the center of the pedestrian area, so all the interesting spots in Rapallo are at walking distance.

The apartment is so convenient for grocery stores, restaurants, town center, train and bus station and the ferry pier: an easy and charming idea to reach Santa Margherita, Portofino or 5 terre from the sea. Why don't tasting typical food and wine on the "TIGULLIO WINE CRUISE"?

The playground across the road is great for children and there is a small beach at the end of the road.

It is ideally suited for exploring any of the beautiful coastal towns in the region as having the train station so closed means you can get anywhere very easily.
