Just a stones throw away from the seaside, this 3 bedroom apartment with a water view in Colombo 6 is the perfect accommodation for your getaway in Colombo.

Comfortably spacious at 127sqm, the apartment is tastefully decorated with a fully equipped Modern kitchen and everything you would need to make you feel at home.

Its convenient location is only a 10 minute journey from Colombo's city centre and a 2 minute stroll to Marine Drive for you to enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful Sri Lankan sunset.

It is also a 5 minute walk to the main road (Galle Road) where you can easily access transport, shops and supermarkets.

The apartment also has a swimming pool on the rooftop should you feel like a relaxing dip.

The amenities included in the apartment are as follows;

Wireless internet, Cable TV, washing machine, fully air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, linen, and utilities all included in the rate.

The apartment is on the 7th floor and has lift access.

We can allow a maximum of 6 persons in the apartment.

We do not provide and do not allow extra beds or sleeping mats in the apartment.
Our apartment is a 'self-service' type where the occupants would do the cleaning, laundry and linen by themselves as at a 'home-away-from-home' concept.
Spare linen and towels are available to use while the used ones would be washed and dried by the occupants.
A strict no-noise policy is in place to prevent disturbance to other families/ tenants, hence no shouting, parties to be held at the apartment.
