Located on the edge of Gouveia Village, in the center of Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, at 8,5 km from Sintra historic center and a 15 minutes walk from the beach (2 km), the windmill is ideal for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.

La Galette has two rooms, each one with an electrical heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a 3 floors living room with fireplace & flat TV, one bathroom and garden with parking space.

- All amenities will be provided (bath towels, bed sheets, shower gel & shampoo, wood for the fireplace), as Wi-Fi and Satellite TV, free of charge;

- Bicycles available, free of charge;

- Shuttle service available upon request;

- Accommodation reachable by public transportation;

- Reservations longer than seven nights will include a full cleaning & amenities service, free of charge;

Located at 7 km from Sintra, Gouveia is a privileged village for is excellent geographical location. The lovers of quiet beaches have in Aguda Beach (2,5 km), Apples Beach (4,9 km), Magoito Beach (3 km) and Azenhas do Mar (2,9 km), a recommended stop point. In Gouveia village center (750 meters) you will find two minimarket, three restaurants, two coffees, a wash and dry clothes shop and small producers selling vegetables and fruits.

Those who want to breathe fresh air, Gouveia and Fontanelas pine forests offers the perfect place for a snack, or just to spend a few minutes in absolute calm and in touch with nature.

In Sintra historic center we recommend that you visit Regaleira Palace and Estate (9,4 km) , Pena Park and Palace (11,8 km) , the Chalet of the Countess of Elda (11,8 km) , the Moorish Castle (12,1 km) the Monserrate Park and Palace (8,7 km), Seteais Palace (9,7 km), the Capuchin Convent (11,9 km) and the Sintra National Palace (8,8 km).
