We are offering for rent this two bedroom self contained apartment. The owners have their own apartment upstairs. Guests have the use of the outdoor living area by the pool, Gas BBQ and swimming pool. The only other people you share this space with is the owners.

The apartment has 2 delightful bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted into two single beds on request. The second bedroom has twin beds (these can be converted to a King on request) and there is another bed in the sitting room. There is room for another 2 beds to be made up in this area if needed. This room contains a TV. There is one bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette has a small fridge, jug, coffee machine, double hot plate and washing machine. It does not have an oven.

There is a gas BBQ outside, which is available for your use. Hair dryer provided. Wi-fi is available. Both bedrooms overlook the pool and have a view of the sea 100 metres away.

Beach towels are provided so it isn't necessary to cart heavy towels in your luggage.

Because of the stairs and direct access to the pool, this accommodation is not suitable for disabled persons or children under 12 years of age.

Getting around

Taxi rides to town are approximately 12 Euro. Although it is more economical for a long stay to hire a car or bikes. Buses run regularly around the island from Pariokia. There are ferries to take you to Anti-Paros Island leaving from Pariokia every half hour. Also a small boat can transport you across the bay to some lovely beaches.

Interaction with guest

We have as much interaction with the guests as they would like. Some guests like to keep to themselves and enjoy a quiet time on their own, others wants to get to know more about living on a Greek island and would like to be shown some of the spots to visit.
