Our two-level, 3 BR Family penthouseDreams is a unique place for a memorable stay with family or friends.Wifi on both Floors.
Enjoy a very private Jacuzzi bath under the moonlight or a relaxing siesta on the hanging bed with total privacy and solitude (except for the dolphins splashing below!). Or a sunrise breakfast with nothing above but blue sky. And it´s all in privacy – there are no direct views from nearby properties or streets onto the upper level.
Overlooking the marina waterfront in the upscale, gated community in Nuevo Vallarta the penthouse's unique location and design guarantee a memorable stay not possible in other condo or villa rentals.The large three bedroom condo has panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta, mountains, marina, canal and El Tigre golf course, Grand Mayan ,and partial ocean view. Also direct view of Dolphin and Sea lion shows at Vallarta Adventures.
The upper level has a huge outdoor terrace and hanging bed for relaxing siestas. Plus a King size bed room,full kitchen and Sun beds table chairs,use this as a lock off from the main two bed unit below,idea for two family visit,you can take the elevator to the top floor and exit to top penthouse with out using the stair well.
The Family penthouse Dreams is actually two suites that are connected but separate. Together they offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to10 people,with double pull out sofa in lounge and the hanging bed on top floor,and three bedrooms,lots of space,
Main floor has two bedroom with Master with queen size on suite,and guest room with two twin beds can be connected.
Full Kitchen on both floors with gas oven hob,Microwave dishwasher,washer and dryer,toaster,juicer,coffer machine,crock pot,fridge freezer Granite work tops,all utilise and pots and pans,TV is Shaw direct and common pool area.

I arrived early in the morning while the light was still soft and mellow, falling gently on the mountains which surround Vallarta like a guarding fortress. When I stepped off the bus I still could not see the ocean, but suddenly, for a second or two, it felt like home. It was warm, the air was salty and I felt a pleasant breeze on my skin that reminded me of the Croatian summer wind we call Maestral. The owner of the property was waiting for me when I arrived. From the first moment he made me feel very welcome and relaxed. Dana is an interesting man, who has traveled the world and lived throughout the United Kingdom.
