Description
“Villa Seniola” is a very modern luxurious detached villa with magnific views located only a few minutes walk from Jávea/Xàbia old town and 1.5 Km from the beach. It has private swimming pool, garden, two terraces, great naya with lounge and dinning area, five double bedrooms, three baths (one en-suite), lounge-dinning room up to ten guest and large living room.
Air condition with heating pump in all the house.
Free Internet access.
In the ground floor we found two rooms, one bath, the kitchen (totally equipped for ten people, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). The lounge-dinning room and naya with sofas and table ideal for cosy breakfasts. Upstairs you can find three double bedrooms, two baths (one en-suite), living room and the terrace. (Satellite TV and DVD available) .
Availability of baby's cot without charge under previous request.
Covered parking for two large cars and uncovered parking for several vehicles.
Swimming pool protected by a pretty balustrade with security access door for children.
