In consideration of our neighbors and community please note the following: While the house accommodates up to 6 guests, there is a maximum of 5 adults allowed. Please contact owner prior to booking with any questions about the size and composition of your group, or plans you may have to invite additional guests during your stay. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced and exceeding them may result in loss of your security deposit. Parties and special events are not permitted.
This two-bedroom home is as aesthetically pleasing as it is comfortable, with stunning views of the coastline through eight-foot sliding doors that open directly onto the deck where the ocean is at your feet. Twelve-foot high curved ceilings and eight-foot doors provide an open airy feeling throughout the house. Limestone floors and showers in the bathrooms invite you to pamper yourself in the spa like environment. The house's many windows open to provide fresh ocean breezes and natural light throughout.
Designed by a talented local architect, this newly constructed, 2000 square foot, custom luxury home surrounds guests in comfort, beauty and convenience.
Relax with a book in a deck chair while watching the dolphins, pelicans, sea lions and shorebirds. Depending on the tides, take a walk on the beach to search for beach glass or explore the tide pools. The ocean is in charge, and conditions can vary dramatically from sandy to rocky and from calm to tempestuous! Enjoy surfing or kayaking at renowned Pitas Point directly in front of the house or Mondos Cove to the south. Unwind in the soaking tub, then watch the sun set behind the Channel Islands while preparing gourmet meals in the state of the art kitchen.
Granite countertops, an enormous island with bar stools, stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a professional range, and convection microwave will bring out the gourmet cook in you. The delightful banquette dining area provides abundant seating with 180-degree views of the coastline. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with professionally designed lighting that provides a romantic ambience. The deep oversized soaking tub in the master bath fills from the ceiling.
We are located in the gated section of Faria with tennis court, grassy park and children's playground a few steps away. Convenient for bicycling along the coast.
