Description
MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YRS OLD TO RENT. New in 2013 with 3 bedroom, 2 bath lake front condo with laundry room and wide open area for kitchen, dining and living room. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, one bedroom has full-sized bunk beds equipped to sleep adults, if needed. Living room sectional has a pullout queen sleeper. There is also a blow up bed available for use. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. A 46" flat screen TV is above electric fireplace in living room. Master bath has double sinks, walk-in shower plus jacuzzi bath. Main bath has a tub/shower combo. Bottom floor with great hillside view of the Lake. On-site swimming pool close to the Lake. Located in the mouth of a cove off the BIg Niangua Arm near mile marker 5. By land it is off Lake Road 5-78 off old Hwy 5, Camdenton, MO. Located across the BIg Niangua Arm is the LIttle Niangua which is great for water sports! Boat slip is available; 12'x36'. No on-site boat ramp. Montego Bay Marina Dock boat rentals is right around the corner on the Big Niangua Arm by boat. It also sells fuel and has boat ramp access. The Lamplighter Resort is off the Hwy 5 bridge and also has boat ramp access. It's a five minute boat ride to NautiFish and not much farther to Larry's on the Lake. Great lake location for the southern portion!
