Description

Cozy and Convenient! Our Condo is centrally located for easy walking access to the full-service SPA, Golf course and indoor-outdoor Tennis facilities. We have been owners of this Condo for the past 9 years and love the Wintergreen Resort. We manage the Condo ourselves, to ensure the Condo is clean, comfortable and relaxing for your stay. We are on the parking lot level, so there are very few stairs to navigate. The complimentary resort shuttle picks up in our parking lot and a 3 minute ride takes you to the SKI slopes.

The master bedroom suite provides a king size bed and private bath with a Juccuzi Tub. A small television with built-in VCR that is cable connected is located here as well. The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds and direct access to the hall bathroom. Linens for bed & bath are included in our low rate.

Our bright cheery kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances: electric range, dishwasher, microwave & fridge. There are dishes, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster and a blender; everything to make your visit as much like home as possible. The separate, connected dining area allows seating for family style or more formal dining. The condo also features a full size washer & dryer.

The living room has comfortable seating that includes a couch and love seat both with dual reclining seats. Wood for the fireplace is provided through the condo association and is stacked and ready for use on the sidewalk directly in front of our condo. Cable television, DVD player and VCR are located in the living area. We have a collection of family friendly VHS tapes on hand for your viewing pleasure.

A covered porch off the living room/ dining room is lovely in the warmer months.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
