Description

We bought a project in 2002 on the best spot we could find. In October 2003 we moved in (no 56) and this is our home for vacations in Spain. The urbanization is well governed. Everything should be in order, private street, outdoor lights, the pool etc. For safety reasons the urbanization is protected with gates, and therefore quiet. You may drive to the houses, but parking should mainly be outside the urbanization.

Please note that key handeling and cleaning of house is not included in the rent. People shall meet you with keys and show the house when you arrive. The house shall be clean. They shall collect keys upon departure. Depending of times of arrival and departure it may cost €90 to €110 euro, to be paid to them.

There is a toilet in the ground floor and a larger bathroom in 1'st floor. 2'nd floor is the sunroof. In the kitchen we have a separate tap for purified water, drinking water.

Parking may be available in a garage on request. For a shorter time you may stay in front of the house. There normally are no problem to find parking outside the urbanization.

“Perfect 2bed house very comfortable”

The house no 56 is a great rental, it has easy access to the beach restaurants and bars, a super market is 10 minutes walk in 2 different directions, also a good bus service to town.

If Inge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
