Welcome to my third floor Apartment which is situated on the stunning Dolphin 2 Complex, and is in a quiet and peaceful area of Altinkum, but within a short walking distance of all amenities .
Here is the low down for you of what I have to offer :

A VERY SPACIOUS OPEN PLANNED LOUNGE , which includes a dining table to seat 4 people, a. double sofa / bed, of quality, 2 arm chairs ,, large sliding windows, stereo unit & CD's , DVD player, games console, TV, & large coffee table .

LARGE KITCHEN WITH BREAKFAST BAR
BUILT IN OVEN & Hob, extras included like " George Forman " grilling machine, juicer, coffee perculator kettle, toaster and has everything else you would find at home for all your needs.

BALCONY LEADING OFF KITCHEN SLIDING DOORS , LARGE BUILT IN BBQ, PLUS TABLE, CHAIRS & PARASOL.

BATHROOM WITH LARGE WALK IN SHOWER CUBICLE, spotlights over sink, shaving point, toilet with built in bidet, washing machine. tiled floor to ceiling.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH BALCONY AND KING SIZE BED, triple wardrobe, hair dryer, bedside cabinets & chest of drawers, bedside lamps.

SECOND BEDROOM WITH SINGLE BEDS, open wardrobe, chest of drawers.


Please take a good look at the photos which I hope you appreciate show's the look of quality and style not often found with other Apartments at such an affordable price ! It has been tastefully decorated through out and gives it the homely feel and individuality , gone is all of the boring yellow emulsion walls everywhere !

There are plenty of sockets to each room, but remember you will need to take travel adapters for your own electrical items.

There are ceiling spotlights in lounge area, kitchen and bathroom as well as main lighting., so you can set your own mood of lighting.

Apartment has tiled flooring throughout.

Also on the Complex, is a Children's play ground, beautiful landscaped gardens, free sunbeds and parasols, and the protection of 24hr security.


ALTINKUM :


10min walk to all amenities and small buses (Dolmus) that run constantly to take you where ever you wish to go in Altinkum. 3 gorgeous beaches to choose from only 15min walk away, Clubs, Bars, Restaraunts, Shops, Supermarkets Banks, Exchange Bureaus and large Market on every Saturday. There are various Tour Operators that do wonderful trips like all day Boat Trips with food included for as little as £10.00 per person, Sirence Wine Village and Market up in the mountains with a wonderful buffet lunch included for £15.00 per person, both these trips I thoroughly recommend.

DO NOT LEAN ON OUTDOOR RAILINGS AS THEY ARE FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY, DO NOT LET CHILDREN CLIMB ON WINDOW LEDGES ESPECIALLY WHEN LARGE WINDOWS IN LOUNGE ARE OPEN, THIS ALSO APPLIES TO BALCONY LEDGES, REMEMBER YOU ARE 3 FLOORS UP ! THEREFORE, THIS APARTMENT IS NOT REALLY SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND I DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN !

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE TOWELS FROM THE APARTMENT TO THE POOL OR BEACH

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE ONE SET OF KEYS IN THE ELECTRIC SLOT AT ALL TIMES AS FRIDGE WILL DEFROST IF ELECTRIC IS OFF !

ALSO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE OTHER SET ON YOU BEFORE GOING OUT , OR YOU CANNOT GET BACK IN ! I NORMALLY PUT THEM ON HALL CABINET TOP OR LEAVE IN THE DOOR INSIDE.

UPON LEAVING DAY ... PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLEAR CUPBOARD'S AND FRIDGE OF ANY FOOD OR DRINKS, AND TO DEFROST THE FRIDGE WHEN TURNING IT OFF AND LEAVING THE SMALL BIN BETWEEN THE FRIDGE DOOR TO PREVENT MOLD FORMING THANK YOU.

PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN YOU RETURN TO THE COMPLEX AT NIGHT THAT OTHER RESIDENTS MAY BE ASLEEP AND ALSO MAY HAVE CHILDREN, SO PLEASE RESPECT THIS AND DO NOT MAKE ANY LOUD NOISE.

PLEASE PUT ANY RUBBISH LIKE WRAPPERS, PLASTIC BOTTLES ETC, IN THE BLUE BINS PROVIDED AROUND THE COMPLEX.

This very spacious Apartment has been recently decorated and refurbished to a high standard. Everything has been catered for and has a real homely feel. On the third floor with lift available this Apartment is situated at the rear of the Complex and has some great views overlooking both balconies !

The Complex has beautiful landscaped gardens for you to enjoy, all sunbeds and parasols are free of charge.



the Children's play area is a great way to entertain the young ones, and you know they are safe in the grounds of the Complex.

There is 24 hr security on the Complex for peace of mind ,and all keys MUST be handed into the office manager upon leaving day please. The other benefits of the 24hr security is if you arrive in the middle of the night there is always someone to take your case and show you to the Apartment. They will show you how to turn on the electric and water or even do it for you. They are very friendly English speaking staff and are more than happy to offer any help you require. For example if you want to dine out at night at a certain Restaurant , just ask them if they can call and make a reservation for you and give them a time, and the Restaurant will come and collect you by car straight outside the Complex, and will return you when you want to go back to the Complex , a small tip to the driver is very much appreciated though ... all free of charge !

The nearest Bar / Restaurant to the Complex is called BAR1 and is located by going out of the main gate, turn left, keeping on the same side of the road, go straight on past a side road and you will come to it ( a five minute walk) THIS IS VERY WELL KNOWN PLACE TO EAT, DRINK AND BE ENTERTAINED MOST NIGHTS WITH VARIOUS EVENTS, PLUS IT HAS SATELLITE TV, FREE WI - FI AND POOL TABLES . The food there is first class and very cheap, they open around 8am till 3am, which is great and will knock you some food up even in the middle of the night if you arrive from your flight and are starving hungry .!. next door to " BAR1 " is a small shop selling all sorts of essentials including very large bottles of water which i recommend you buy immediately on your first morning as the water from the taps in Turkey is not suitable to drink , so make sure if you go out for a drink and like ice in it that the ice cubes have come from bottled water and not the tap , believe me when i say that you will drink gallons of bottled water on your Holiday, and the bottled water is so cheap to buy.

A bit further on from BAR1, you will find a supermarket called " BIMS " this is very much like our LIDLS or ALDIS" and has some great food and drink to buy very cheap!

Across the road from "BIMS " you will find a Bakers on the corner and I recommend you try their freshly baked breads which are gorgeous and are so cheap to buy.
