Coming back from Canada to an empty nest full of warm memories, I decided to open my apartment for tourists.
The apartment has being totally remodeled for your comfort and well-being.
SETTINGS - Three bedrooms (2 Queen, one Single beds), two spacious full bathrooms (double tub and shower), fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and TV room. Up to five persons. One additional bed is possible (extra charge might apply).
Wi-Fi - Very reliable, stable and fast (optic fiver). Perfect to work efficiently while traveling.
NEIGHBORHOOD - The apartment is well located in the central-north part of Quito. Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, banks and the main attractions of the city can be reach by foot or in a short bus or taxi ride.
TRAVELING - Otavalo, Mindo, Cotopaxi, the Ecuador, Quilotoa, Galápagos, The Jungle, etc. Please ask for options and budgets for your consideration.
TRANSFERS - available in and out of Quito. Cost 30$ (same as a taxi).

These are smoke free apartments to preserve the well been of others. We apreciate your understanding.
We have had pets in the past, but due to some damages into the properties we prefer not to accept them at the moment. We love pets, but sometimes some the owners are not well house broken.
