Description

This is a terrific family place. With 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open living area and huge yard it’s a great place for a family or families to visit. The house is very clean and updated with many modern appliances. It comes fully furnished with all the cookware and serving dishes one could want. There is a deck that runs the length of the house. It’s perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach and watching the youngsters play in the yard.

The neighborhood is among the best that Narragansett has to offer. It’s a mixture of old and young, year round neighbors and summer time residents too. So there’s always someone you'll run into.

It is very safe. This is a dead end street so there’s no thru traffic to worry about. The only cars and/or people you’ll see on this street are folks who belong there. I don't think twice about leaving my 90 year old mom there while I go out and enjoy the beach or an early evening cocktail at one of the many local stops.

If you’re looking for a nice time in a nice house, near the beaches (1/2 mile) of Rhode Island, this could be just right for you. Contact me for details.
