Description

A new up market condominium with hillside & beach views from a large balcony. There are 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom & balcony access patio doors. There is also a 32" plasma tv. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds & its own bathroom located immediately next to it. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, cooking hob, kettle, toaster & all utensils. There is a large dining area & a large living area with a huge sofa (that can sleep 1 or 2 children), 42" Plasma, DVD player, wi-fi, telephone & which also has patio door access to the balcony.

The facilities include a swimming pool, gymnasium & sauna & a restaurant.

It is a short walk to Surin Beach with its varied restaurants & bars ensuring all culinary tastes are catered for. The 8km long Bangtao Beach with its 5 star hotel resorts is also a short walk away.

For the sports orientated there are many activities e.g. Diving & Snorkelling, Surfing, Fishing, Go-Carting, Quad Biking, Trekking & Mounting Biking to name but a few. The Golf Courses in Phuket are World class & we highly recommend Red Mountain & Loch Palm Courses.

For those with relaxation in mind hours spent by the pool, on Surin & Bangtao beach or in one of the nearby spa's will soon refresh you.

For the more social visitors the large nightlife resort of Patong Beach is a 15 minute taxi ride away.

Surin Park is the ideal venue to spend your Thailand vacation.

The rental rates are dependent upon the season and duration of staying.

Getting around

A car is not needed to get around the Surin and Bangtao areas however if you wish to explore further afield it is recommended.

I am available whenever you require me, or you can arrange everything you need via our management office located on the ground floor of our resort. However if you wish to be left alone we are happy to leave you in peace.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review Sam and your 4* rating. The taxi rates are set by the Phuket council and not the companies. We have two local taxi companies close to our location who charge between Thai Bhat 500 - 900 to travel to other resorts (including Patong & Phuket Town) & the airport which are up to 50 minutes drive from our location, therefore I feel US $ 20 - 30 is not expensive. I am happy that you enjoyed your holiday and like the condo and resort as you informed me via previous messages. Regards, Paul.

How do damage deposits work?

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
