Nothing more inviting than to watch the sunrise from your balcony! Absolutely fantastic jungle tours, sailing, horse back riding, scuba diving, and so many more adventurous activities are minutes away.
The entertaining kitchen is open to a great room with views to the terrace and ocean, features a marble counter. with Mexican bar stools for optional eating space. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, appliances, and dishes including hand-blown Mexican margarita glasses! The adjacent dining room has seating for eight and a beautiful Mexican iron chandelier as a focal point. Mexican furniture in every room, beautiful Mexican pottery and original artwork. Response from the owner I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with some of the owners I must I'm surprise, people there are usually very welcoming to tourist. As far as the A/C I apologize but do to the a proximity to the ocean they take a beating and have to be replaced every so often which was done immediately although it does take time for the tech to purchase a new one and set it up. I must say that each room has an a/c and it was unfortunate that it was the room you were staying at. I understand they did try to fix it meanwhile the new one was purchased and installed. I'm terribly sorry about the leaking due to the a/c and your fall. The coffee pot has been replaced. I have asked the property manager to make sure everything works like it should. Please accept my apologies and if you decide to comeback to Cancun I will make sure you have a great time with zero mishaps.

“Great Villa”
I travelled from Ireland to meet up with My son who lives in NY We stayed in Linda's villa and it was just the perfect location .. views from all windows over the beautiful ocean. Linda org our transport from airport fir v reasonable cost . We were met by Marquise who was so helpful throughout our stay location was perfect ... supermarket across the road . Buses and taxis across the road . The restaurants Linda recommended were excellent . We had a wonderful time and hope to return next January to get more of that beautiful sun . Sinead la Hart
