Description

This cozy home is walking distance to Sandy Hook national park , Sea Bright, New Jersey beaches as well as a short commute by Seastreak ferry to New York city. Filled with water views, art, and movies, this home is a re-treat for executives, families or couples.

The home has three levels of living perfect for an executive retreat, family vacation or romantic couples get-away. With four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, this home sleeps 8 comfortably. The home is tastefully decorated with an eclectic arts and crafts collection.

The highest floor is one master bedroom suite with private bath that includes a soaking tub, skylight and king size bed. The master suite has a chandelier, small refrigerator, individual cup coffee maker, massage chair, 37' TV, DVD, and surround sound entertainment center. The master suite features an elevated king size bed; without getting out of bed, you can see the sun rise over the ocean. The master suite also has a private balcony with ocean, bay, and NYC views for early morning coffee or late night cocktails.

The second level has three bed rooms and a full bath. The full bath features a jacuzzi tub, chandelier lighting, separate shower and its own ocean view. The first bedroom has a view of the ocean and two queen size beds with a custom built walk-in closet. The second bedroom has one queen size bed and a view of the garden. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a view of the garden. All bedrooms have DVDs and TVs with a library of DVDs available throughout the home.

The first floor has living, dining, kitchen and 1/2 bath. The dining area has a gas fireplace with seating for six. The living room is great for entertaining with seating for 6- 8 and has a Panasonic TV and blue ray DVD player. Wi-fi is available throughout the house. The kitchen has gas stove with built in micro-wave. There is a custom small pantry in the kitchen. The rental is complete with all dishes, cutlery, and linens. Washer and Dryer located in basement. There is also a generator on the property.

Outside there is a spacious patio and porch. The patio is in the back yard with patio furniture and charcoal barbecue grill. in the front there is a porch, the width of the house, with patio furniture and water views. There is a driveway for parking. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with mature residents. Enjoy the sun and fun of Jersey shore beaches and attractions but come home to a quiet relaxing re-treat.
