Located in the Puerta del Mar complex on Royal Beach adjacent to Mc Donalds Restaurant and just off the N340- A7 dual carriageway.

Absolute beach front complex has direct access to beach through private gate. Newly built apartment complex is perfect location for beach lovers as you can hear the waves lapping against the shore from the apartment. There is a lovely Spanish beach bar within a few minutes walk and the popular bars, restaurants, shops ( Lidl, Supersol ), banks, internet cafe, newsagent, etc. of Calahonda are located a short walk away.

Malaga airport is 30 min. drive away and Marbella just 15 min., Puerto Banus is 20 min. Numerous golf courses in the area.

The manicured gardens lead down to the pool area directly overlooking the Mediterranean. Situated a few meters from one of Calahonda's quieter beaches, this apartment has it all. The port of Cabopino is a 15 minute walk away along the beach with its many bars and restaurants.

There's a direct lift into apartment from secure underground garage. South-western 35sqm terrace has rattan sofa with 2 armchairs, small glass table and stunning sea views, all day sun. Terrace is very private, not overlooked.

Quiet and private complex with a number of shared pools and a gate to the beach. Community is well maintained by staff every week day.

Easy accessibility because of lift access direct inside penthouse from garage.

The apartment is located directly on the beach and has direct access by the gate to Royal Beach. 3 min walk on the beach to restaurant/bar, snacks, lunch, dinner. 15 min walk to Puerto Cabopino with its beautiful yacht marina, golden sandy beaches, water sports, fishing and wide choice of restaurants. 5 mins walk to the bank, pharmacy, supermarket, shops, cafes.

There are many attractions for all the family including water parks, theme parks, zoos, golf

Within 20 min drive is Tivoli World, Fuengirola, Marbella, multi store shopping center La-Canada

This modern penthouse apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has two bedrooms, the master with a double bed and the second bedroom with twin single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a separate shower room. The lounge dining area is spacious and bright with doors leading on to the large terrace which enjoys superb sea views. The bright and modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar to the living area, and there is a separate utility area. This apartment benefits from a secure underground parking space.

There are three communal swimming pools/paddle. New and quiet complex yet close to local activity.

Wifi is available inside apartment.

Excellent location for families, couples, golfers.

Response from the owner To my opinion bad weather was a real reason for this not very positive review. I have a lot of excellent reviews at the other holiday rental site, where I have been successfully rented this holiday home for many years. Really nobody has complained before, apartment is fully booked most of the time and same guests coming every year. Free Wifi is in the community lounge that is downstairs. Wifi in the apartment is possible, but it is not included in price. I have installed another satellite dish with all BBC channels. There are 1000 satellite channels now available.
