Our welcoming 5 bedroom /3 bathroom villa is very well presented and comfortable, with all modern facilities throughout including HD LCD cable television in all bedrooms.

Villa Bliss, the Orlando holiday villa, is on the highly rated tranquil golf resort community of Highlands Reserve, a prestigious championship 18 hole (par 72) golf course. Guests have free use of Tennis courts, a large communal swimming pool and children’s play park.

The reserve is ideal for Golfers and non-Golfers alike. Apart from the world renowned attractions (Disney World is just 12 minutes away). There are many other facilities in the area, such as fishing, horse riding, air-boats, balloon and helicopter rides, etc. Visitors will also be spoilt with the numerous and diverse restaurants, offering excellent value. What better way to relax or after a hectic day of activity than in our south west facing refreshing spa, which is attached to our swimming pool both of which can be heated in the cooler months. The pool and spa are both enclosed with a removable safety fence for children.

We also have a ground floor Games Room, containing a pool table, air hockey and electronic darts. You will also find some tennis racquets and balls for use on the nearby tennis court. Other facilities for our guests include free Hi speed Wi-Fi Broadband (bring your own lap top) & free phone calls in the USA and Canada.

Please note Villa Bliss is a no-smoking, no-pets self catering accommodation.

Pool / Spa and Patio Area - We have provided 2 sun loungers and a patio table with 6 chairs for your comfort. Two of the chairs recline and with two matching foot-stools which when combined make a total of 4 loungers. The spa and pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March). For those alfresco dining experiences, we have provided melamine crockery. A BBQ can be hired.

Living Room - The living room has 3 comfortable sofas providing seating for up to 10 to enjoy the benefits of our new wall-mounted 60" HD LCD TV, together with a Blu-Ray DVD player. There is a selection of DVDs, including some for the younger guests.

Family Room - The family room is adjacent to the kitchen & dining area and has 2 leather sofas (one with manual recliner) providing seating for up to 6. For your entertainment, there is another cable TV. Patio doors provide access to the pool deck.

Kitchen - The large fully-equipped kitchen with American side-by-side refrigerator with ice & water dispenser, large oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, waste disposer, crockery, cutlery and even an electric can opener - everything you could possibly need to create anything from a snack to a 3 course meal.

Dining Area - The dining area adjacent to the kitchen, has ample seating for up to 6 around a spacious dining table. In addition there is a breakfast bar with stools.

Laundry Room - The laundry room next to the kitchen is fitted with full size front loading washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Queen Master Bedroom (Ground Floor) - This bedroom is located to the front of the villa and has a window facing the morning sun, a queen size bed, ceiling fan, 26" wall mounted LCD/LED cable TV and walk-in wardrobe.

Ensuite Bathroom - This ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity unit and WC. It is also shared with the ground floor during the day.

Master Bedroom - The exceptionally large master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, settee, 50" LCD TV, alarm clock radio and walk-in wardrobe. The master en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC bathroom scales and hair dryer.

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 - There are two twin bedrooms and one Queen bedroom. The Queen and one twin (butterfly) each have a 32" wall mounted HD LCD/LED TV. The other twin has a 14" TV. All have ceiling fans and a built-in wardrobes.

Family Bathroom - The large family bathroom has twin vanity units, a bath with shower and WC.

Games Room - Our ground floor games room comes with a 7' pool table, 7' air hockey table, and electronic dart board. We have twin celiing fans and a sofa for spectators.

High speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa & patio and free US phone calls.

Our management company are 5 - 6 minutes away so you will always have someone to call on

I thought it was amazing but it was a lot of money. The house looked spectacular and loved it! I like how some of the couches are but some of them are not loved by the gray color.
