For the best affordable beach getaway in Cocoa Beach, do not miss this cozy upgraded 1 bedroom/1 bath second-floor oceanfront condo. Conveniently located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, it features breathtaking views of the ocean, direct private access to the beach, large oceanfront balcony, a comfortable bedroom, and generous amenities. Our prices will fit any budget!

To get to the beautiful sandy beach, simply walk two flights of stairs, the private gate is just around the corner. Walk 200 yards south to enjoy a delicious meal or drinks on the patio of the famous Coconuts on the Beach. A popular surf fishing destination is just a short walk away as well. Or stay indoors to enjoy a breezy night and watch the waves from your balcony; you may even catch an occasional rocket launch!

The condo features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a ceiling fan, a living room with sleeper loveseat and a couch, a full bathroom, a full kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, a washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, and free phone and WiFi internet access. Linens and kitchen utensils are provided.

The small Triton Arms complex is the closest building to the beach in the area. It includes an assigned parking space. You will also appreciate our completely pest-free environment (unlike most properties in Florida).

Cocoa Beach offers the finest vacation experience for the whole family, from great beaches, surfing, fishing and golf to unique attractions like the Kennedy Space Center and the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, Brevard Zoo, and a vibrant nightlife. DisneyWorld and Orlando's many theme parks are also a short drive away.
