Welcome to Solymar Condo - WE are the 5 time winners of the Tripadvisor Excellence Award and we are full time RESIDENT OWNERS since 1996 with experience living in Cancún and taking care of visitors learned in the five diamond hotels.

Response from the owner I'm so proud that we have over 1000 excellent reviews and are here on site to look after our guests 24/7. I felt really sorry for these people who were paying less than 100 per night for ocean view , balcony , free in room wifi , free phone calls worldwide , incredible beach , easy access to everything that makes Cancun wonderful ...and yet they were still miserable . We have a washer and dryer in the building and people do it for us so you can focus on your vacation, none other f my twenty studios have space for a washer and dryer in room ...no one does . And yes we fumigate , and it's non toxic and we are always filled with guests ....we do what is regulated to ensure your happiness which means no bugs . In short , see the other reviews :) I see you can't please everyone !!!! Fortunately its apparent in the reviews that we usually do. No kettle no, it's not listed that we have one ....teaspoons ??? You can see the problem with these people

How do damage deposits work?

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
