Located in a very quiet private wooded setting just 10 minutes to Cooperstown.

Our amazing rental features beautiful views of the mountains and 1 acre pond plus 100 acres of woods for hiking or exploring. Outside you will find a barbecue grill and more than 1 acre of mowed lawn and an surrounded by an entire valley of foliage!

Inside there is central air conditioning/ heat, wireless internet, Direct TV, 42inch flat screen TV in the living room and Full Kitchen w dishwasher and washer and dryer inside!

The Master bedroom features a king size bed, Satellite TV and en-suite bathroom . Two additional bedrooms are complete with a queen and 2 Twin Beds.

Internet and cell coverage is a bit weak, otherwise a great quiet place to stay. Plenty of room for kids to play outside, large living room inside. Really enjoyed our stay.
